Charles Johns, Our Chief Operating and Digital Officer brings over 25 years of global experience in Operations from SLB, spanning 8 countries and a proven track record of leading successful digital initiatives to bring efficiencies to operations and improving the bottom-line of several Oil & Gas companies world-wide.

Charles has served as the COO of a large organization in Houston and is also a tech Founder and CEO of TraxGenie Inc,  a comprehensive Asset Management Solution for various industries. 

Armed with a Six Sigma Black Belt, Charles propels businesses towards unparalleled efficiency and excellence. He uses Process Improvement Methodologies, Digital Transformation, and People Management skills to help companies scale and operate profitably. 

In his role , Charles specializes in optimizing processes through digitalization, resulting in streamlined operations and significant cost savings for our clients. His approach is not just about enhancing efficiency; it's about reimagining how businesses operate in the digital age. Beyond operational and technological optimization, Charles places a strong emphasis on people management and team agility. He fosters a culture of innovation, empowering teams to thrive in the digital world with the right skills and mindset.

Abe Varghese, our Chief Financial Officer, brings nearly two decades of unparalleled expertise in finance and accounting across a spectrum of industries, including power generation, oil field services, and green technologies. His vast experience is marked by notable achievements in finance operations setup, revenue recognition software and policy implementations, and leading the charge on post-merger integration of accounting and finance activities.

Abe's proficiency extends to resolving complex technical accounting issues, developing and implementing global accounting policies, enhancing data readiness, and streamlining business processes as part of comprehensive ERP implementations. He has also directed specialized audit teams, addressing technical accounting matters with precision and authority.

Holding undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance, Abe is further credentialed as a Certified Public Accountant (Texas), underscoring his deep academic and professional foundation in the field. What truly distinguishes Abe is his drive, fueled by curiosity, strategic thinking, and humility. He is deeply committed to the ethos of entrepreneurship, seeing it as a cornerstone of economic and social progress. Laura Kamrath, our Chief Revenue Officer, embodies a unique blend of technical acumen and marketing prowess, offering a distinctive perspective to scaling and growing client companies. With her roots in geology and a storied career in the oil industry, Laura brings a depth of understanding to the technical and complex, making her an ideal ally for businesses navigating the intricate path to growth.

Armed with an MBA from Rice University, Laura transitioned her expertise from natural resources to digital realms, founding Zebra Marketing Solutions. Here, she has successfully doubled the sales of technology businesses by leveraging the latest in AI-driven marketing strategies. 

Her role at FRAXIS extends this trajectory, focusing on optimizing sales and marketing processes to catalyze growth, while collaborating with a seasoned team to cover the full spectrum of business expertise. Laura’s approach is holistic and data-driven. She synthesizes her business acumen with marketing creativity to construct robust strategies that deliver tangible results. Her proficiency with cutting-edge automation tools and marketing strategies, as a Certified Partner with Keap, HighLevel and Digital Marketer, ensures that clients benefit from the forefront of marketing innovation.

Rajat Sood, our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), brings an exceptional depth of experience and a proven track record in product development and innovation. With a career spanning several decades, across multiple countries, Rajat has consistently showcased his ability in leading high-performing teams and delivering groundbreaking solutions across diverse domains.

Rajat played a pivotal roles in shaping visionary strategies and objectives for a wide range of product portfolios using multiple engineering disciplines. Rajat has consistently garnered recognition for his outstanding engineering contributions, winning multiple awards throughout his career.

His adeptness in navigating complex technical landscapes, combined with his strategic vision and dedication to excellence, positions him as a valuable asset to FRAXIS as it continues to spearhead technological advancements and drive innovation. During his long, illustrious tenure with SLB, Rajat demonstrated  leadership excellence using different engineering disciplines to deliver revolutionary digitally enabled solutions.

Ron Kind, CPA, CISA, CCEP is our Cheif Audit and Compliance Officer and brings over two decades of invaluable experience in the audit and compliance sector. His career has seen him at the helm of internal audit functions for a Cryptocurrency Mining Corporation, shaping audit and compliance frameworks at Pacific Gas & Electric, leading logistics and retail audits at Safeway Grocery (Albertsons Companies), and providing strategic audit consultancy for Bank of America. Ron's tenure also includes a pivotal role as an interim CFO for an Arizona Construction/Development Company, through which he navigated various consulting opportunities in startups and tech during the early 2000s. This diverse background has equipped Ron with a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of audit and compliance across multiple industries.

Ron's expertise is particularly marked by his proficiency in risk assessment, financial and operational audits, and the implementation and monitoring of SOX controls. His adeptness at enhancing compliance programs extends beyond mere regulatory adherence, incorporating critical areas such as data security and cyber security. Ron's ability to ensure comprehensive compliance with regulatory standards has been a cornerstone of his professional success, making him a trusted and respected figure in the field.

Adrienne is a seasoned General Counsel, Principal, and Partner whose dynamic career has spanned more than 35 years of continuous practice. With specific expertise in Energy Finance, Securities, and LLC law, Adrienne’s client representation has included an array of corporate E&P and Oilfield Service companies as well as start-up organizations and entrepreneurs. 

With a seemingly endless level of energy, Adrienne has closed transactions in excess of $1B, has hired and managed legal teams, built legal departments from the ground up, and has published many scholarly articles and papers throughout her career. 

Her acutely observant – and empathetic – nature, combined with her keen attention to detail and willingness to roll up her sleeves with her team make her the type of leader to whom others naturally gravitate. Adrienne has a unique ability to take complex, technical concepts and break them down into understandable components, allowing her to easily and successfully develop, lead, and manage the strategies, transactions, and engagements for which she is responsible.
